Cancellation & Refund Policy
Delegates
In the case of a cancellation the following will apply
- A full refund will be issued up to March 31st 2012
- April 1st – May 31st, 2012: A full refund will be issued, minus a 70 CAD cancellation fee
- June 1st – July 10th, 2012: A full refund will be issued, minus a 205 CAD cancellation fee
- No refund is available after June 30th.
Presenters
In the case of a cancellation the following will apply
